Be Homes is currently seeking New Home Sales Consultants for the San Antonio area. New Home Sales Consultants are responsible for presenting and selling the features and benefits of Be Homes to potential customers in a designated community.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2-3 years experience in direct sales with a proven track record of success, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and maintain relationships. Candidates should also possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, and integrity. Basic computer skills required. Spanish speaking is a plus.
This Position is 100% commission against a draw. Compensation is determined strictly by your individual success. Work hours include every weekend, evenings, and most holidays. Candidates must be willing to commute to any of our communities in the market area.
